Alfa custom designs prime steel framing systems according to the provided specifications for type, height, width, bay spacing and other parameters. These prime steel framing systems are constructed using premium quality, high grade steel plates with minimum yield strength ranging from 245MPa to 345MPa.

The steel plates are painted with a minimum of 25 Microns DFT of red oxideprimer. Each steel structural framing system is designed by experienced engineers and manufactured to precision tolerances under rigid quality controlled plant conditions. Alfa offers mezzanine system with intermediate mezzanine floors in metal construction. Our steel mezzanine floors can be supplied for complete or partial area in any pre-fabricated building to suit loading requirements for office and storage. The steel mezzanine floor system is highly economical and the economy is affected by the applied loads and support column spacings.

Mezzanine System Construction
The steel mezzanine system mainly consist of steel decks supported by joists framed to the mezzanine beams. In our mezzanine system construction, the main mezzanine beams run across the width of the building. These mezzanine beams are located under the main rafters. Whereas, the joists run parallel to the length of the building. The top flange of the joists is fitted just below the top flange of the beams.
